The apartment was very clean and well furnished, the outside space was wonderful and we had breakfast on the terrace every morning. Good location only a short walk from a few bars and restaurants .

Home from home. Exceptionally clean and a quality apartment with everything you need including a bottle of wine, beer, and other refreshments in the fridge as a welcome. The best place we stayed at in Montenegro. Fabulous view from the patio, great garden. Nikola was one of the nicest guys we had the pleasure to meet, so helpful and a lovely person. If we come back we will not hesitate to stay here again. A few metres from the sea and a great restaurant very close by (Konoba Barba).

Everything. Very nice property and family. They own the place for 3 generations and you feel it when you walk in. Fully renovated, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, the terrace is amazing… nice access to the beach, you can jog or ride a bicycle at the beachfront and swim easily. The family shares fruits from the garden ( figs in our case) which were delicious. Highly recommend stay here. Easy to park the car, and easy to reach Kotor by foot/bike/car whenever you need. As a matter of fact, it is much calmer here and higher quality of value rather than staying in Kotor and its nearby beaches swarmed with hordes of tourists unloaded from the ship cruises. Enjoy the stay at MarijaZ2, calm, quiet, and quality stay that you can book with your eyes closed! Excellent base to explore Perast and Kotor at your own pace. Supermarket 200m walking distance from the house, many bars and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommend it !

“Fabulous stay.”

Our hosts were fabulous even coming to pick us up when we were dropped at the wrong place. The fridge was stocked with soft drinks beer and wine on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble even waiting with umbrellas for us to walk us to our taxi on our departure as it was raining heavily.
