The room is clean and nicely renovated. There is a beautiful view from the large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great — close to the sea, the old town, and the shopping center. The hosts are very friendly — they treated us to homemade pie and told us lots of helpful tips about the city. Highly recommend!

Very clean modern apartment with exceptional view from the terrace. We stayed in the end apartment with panoramic view. Very convenient location for old town and white pebble beach near lots of cafes. The owners were very friendly and hospitable and arranged transfers to and from the airport.

Beautiful apartment in fabulous location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Gave recommendations for best tourist spots and places to visit.

The apartment was stunning and the hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, providing a bottle of wine and homemade cake on our arrival. The property is only a short walk from the old town and the hosts were available for any assistance needed during the stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this property if staying in Kotor.

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay at Los Olivos Apartments. Vlado was so friendly and thoughtful, and his wife Patricia was absolutely lovely, they truly made us feel like family. Patricia even surprised our toddler with a homemade cake for his 2nd birthday, I was genuinely touched. The apartment was spotless — not a speck of dust anywhere — and the view from the balcony was breathtaking; we spent hours just sitting outside watching the boats and ships pass by. The location is perfect too, just a short walk down the hill to the supermarket and the old town. When it was time to move to our next place, Vlado went out of his way to help us, showing such genuine kindness. We were so sad to leave and missed the place the moment we checked out.

The host family were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was modern, clean and very well-positioned in Kotor near the port and the Old Town. We could walk everywhere easily. I highly recommend Los Olivos to travelers.

Very impressive well equiped modern apartment with wonderful views. Only about 10 minutes walk to the old town but in quiet location. The wifi was super fast as well which is a big plus. Apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. Our host looked after us very well and we would happily come back here to stay again.

“Beautiful”

The apartment provided a wonderful base from which to explore Kotor and the bay. Vlado was very friendly and helpful in explaining all aspects of the apartment. The shower was spacious and the washing machine is a bonus when travelling. Vlado provided a beautiful home cooked dessert on one of our evenings which was delicious! Parking onsite is also a bonus and Vlado offers to help where he can.

Great location, very close to old town and beach but set within a quiet neighbourhood that felt like we were a part of rather than visiting as kids playing outside, neighbours out and about etc. Very clean and modern inside and with lots of thoughtful amenities that made the apartment great to stay in - comfy couch and bed, good pillows, heated towel rail, excellent washing machine & drying rack etc. Great for relaxing at home after being out all day or sitting on the balcony in the sun. The hosts were super lovely and we were surprised one night by homemade dessert. We would 100% return to here.

We stayed just outside the Old Town and the Los Olivos apartment was about 600 metres from the port where our ferry arrived from Dubrovnik. Our hosts (Vlado and Petrisa) were so welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. They would regularly check-in to see how we were going (we stayed six nights) and one evening, Petrisa baked a homemade berry crumble slice and delivered it to our room, still warm from the oven, perfect ! We had the whole apartment to ourselves and it had all our 'home from home' requirements as well as a balcony with a view into Kotor bay itself. Petrisa took time to explain all aspects of the apartment. Kotor really was a gem (we loved the Old Town) and we also accessed other towns via the public bus services and in particular, loved Budva and Perast. Buses were easy to use, inexpensive and the hosts would provide directions on which bus/where to catch etc. We loved the apartment and Vlado and Petrisa were the best. Our driver (Bosko) was booked through the hosts and provided a paid transfer from the apartment to the Tivat airport on departure. Bosko also provides private tours for couples, small and large groups. Whilst the apartment has the best views, when arriving it is worth considering how you will get to the apartment. We had large suitcases and the 600 metre walk was really quite short but it was very steep!

This apartment is like new with fantastic views and fresh clean and close to the old town, supermarket and restaurants. Our hosts were the best hosts I have ever stayed with!!! Loved our stay and one day hope to get back and see these beautiful people again!!

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed,, quiet and well located apartment. Vlado was an absolute star who went above and beyond to help, even taking my wife to the doctor!! And his wife's homemade cake was delicious.

We cannot fault this property. The view from the balcony over the bay is stunning. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Vlado, the host goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your time in Kotor. We stayed for 5 days and really didn't want to leave.
