“Perfect location, great views, and amazing hospitality—highly recommended!”

The view from the terrace is magnificent! Great location- in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk to the old town, a beach nearby. The hostess is very kind, available to assist and she surprised us with pancackes for breakfast :) The apartment is just like in the pictures, equipped with all you need and easy to find! Parking is also available! Would definetely stay here again!

Lovely view of the bay from the terrace (located outside the apartment building i.e. not connected to the room). Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe space. Fridge and a small stove for lighter cooking available. Very efficient AC. Steep walk to and from the Old Town (5 mins brisk walk)- not an issue for me - but consider if you have mobility issues. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very sweet hostess - but we couldn't communicate that well - my Montenegrin being non-existent.

I still don’t understand why previous guest rated 9 and 10 this place. Rooms are similar but still different. Some have private terrace mine didn’t have one. Very limited view from my room, only when standing and with the door wide opened.

The hosts are a simply delightful older couple. They tried hard to attend to every challenge with the apartment, and there certainly were a few. Their English is not great, but the lady (particularly sweet) spoke French, as do I, so that worked out.

“Stunning Views”

Great Apartment, conveniently located and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were helpful and responsive whenever we needed something. Welcome pancake was a lovely touch! 4 minute walk down to the beach. An easy stroll into the old town and to the bus station for day trips. There are decent supermarkets nearby and plenty of local cats to meet in the nearby streets. <3 But the view!!!!! We didn't stop looking out and saying, 'Wow!' all week. Simply stunning. Breakfasts on that balcony are second to none.

The lady is very welcoming. She offered cold drinks to us. The room has all you need. The place has nice garden that you can eat or drink something, nice Kotor view.

Ratka is very welcoming. We booked the studio apartment (purple bed head in pics) which is cosy but we could use the big terrace for outside space which was lovely. The kitchen is adequate, kettle, 2 rings, couple of pans. Enough for making breakfast or a basic meal. I think it's a good location, quieter than staying in the old town or in the main drag/road in Dobrota. The traffic was very noisy whereas here you're a couple of roads back. Small but adequate supermarket 4 mins walk away.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable! The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The host was a very kind and nice women, the check in was smooth and she also have us free welcome beers. Very nice loction located on a hill close to the city center of kotor! Would recommend 100%

“Incredible views and welcoming host!”

As soon as we arrived at the property the host offered us a snack and a drink (a homemade crepe and a beer.) The views from the balcony of the mountains and Kotor bay were absolutely incredible! The room is simple with all of the facilities that you need such as a kettle, hob and a microwave. We absolutely loved staying here! It’s the perfect place to explore the old town and access the swimming platforms and beaches at Dobrota. On the last day, the host booked a cab to the airport for us. When the cab didn’t show up, she offered for her husband to drive us to the airport instead. Overall, we would really recommend this property and the host who was very kind and accommodating!

The host was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink and snack.
