“PERFECT”
Really fantastic accommodation, perfect for a family of 4 four a couple of nights in Kotor, had everything we needed. Great bakery near by, so you can pop and get your pastries in the morning and then eat them on the little terrace overlooking the garden. The location was amazing, just stepped out the front door and there was a little quiet beach, perfect for sunning, or a quick dip. Easy to walk into Kotor Old Town. Really nice stroll along the front. Mirko the host was amazing. On hand for anything you needed and always had a recommendation. We couldn't initially find it so we called Mirko, and within minutes he had found us and we followed him to the private parking spot which was perfect. Would totally stay again.

“A very comfortable accommodation at the picturesque Kotor Bay with caring hosts”
Absolutely friendly host, always available and ready to help. We got an early check in as soon as it was possible, and Mirko was making sure we have everything needed, even brought us welcome beverages, and his wife made wonderful Turkish coffee which I personally love! Mirko gave us recommendations for visits, local taxi etc. Boat picked me up right in front of the house! We felt very well taken care of, without excessive attention if you know what I mean.

“Amazing owner”
The owner was very kind and always willing to help. The location is perfect, 1 min walking distance to the beach and 20 from Kotor old town. We were able to do our laundry.

The studio at the entrance to the courtyard that we booked was absolutely fantastic and had everything we needed, a small and well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, strong internet, and impeccably clean and fragrant bedding, as well as a small terrace. We also had beach towels and chairs for free of course. The owner was very kind and immediately provided us with everything we needed. Thank you once again.

Very nice personal, so helpful and kind. Sea is few meters away, very nice view, silent place but still close to the city. Everything you need is there. Also you can rent a bicycle there and have a small trip, views are gorgeous! You also have some items for swimming and sun baths included

It was the perfect vacation! The apartments have everything you need. The location is very convenient, the old town is within walking distance. Small beach and pier just 20 meters away. The host Mirko made sure that nothing distracts from a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and pleasant, the apartment was quiet. There was a wonderful smell of flowering trees on the patio. We will definitely come back here!
