Nice view over the bay, new furniture, super cleen lots of parking on site, good location close to markets and restaurants and the city center

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment for a week. The place is brand new with a fresh renovation, and it had everything I needed – a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and air conditioning. There is a parking space right next to the house, which was very convenient. The Old Town of Kotor is about a 5-minute drive away. The location is also great for getting to Tivat and the Tivat airport. The host was always incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. At my request, he brought me a few things that were missing, and was always very kind, polite, and welcoming. Marko, thank you so much! I wish you great guests and all the best!

Well maintained and modern property. Lovely terrace to sit out on with a view of the bay. Good facilities. Kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. Good blackout blinds and air con. Also had lots of parking. Location for us was great as it was only a short walk down to the seafront and you were away from the busyness and traffic of the old town. The host was really friendly and helpful and communicated well throughout the process.

Location is great. There is really beautiful view; mountain, sea, cruise, Kotor, sunset... There is fridge, iron, oven… There is a parking place for your car.

Very comfortable, bright, clear apartment with good furniture. Bathroom is warm, clear. Good shower. Well-equipped kitchen, with good dishes, cooking utensils. We cooked every day a lot of varied food. Good location, nice bay view. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Also there is a big parking near the building. Marko was very attentive, always in touch. Since we lived long, Marko had changed our towels, bed linen.

The house was clean and the furniture was new. There were enough crockery and a dishwasher in the kitchen. It's in a slightly hilly area but the view was perfect. The owner was attentive, thanks for his hospitality

Parking available on both sides of the building, so you can park your car literally in front of the windows of the apartment. And of course, stunning view from the apartment!

Perfect location for exploring the Bay of Kotor. Very nice view from the big balcony. Private parking in front of the building, very safe. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning. Marko was very friendly.

a good place for a family vacation, the apartment is new with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 minutes to the store, 15 minutes to restaurants and the beach, a gorgeous view from the terrace. The owners are sincere and friendly - they extended the departure time as much as possible, organized a transfer to the airport ( which is very convenient if you are traveling with children) and took our luggage while we were walking around the city in the time between check-out and transfer.

Despite the fact that this is the first floor, the house is located on a hill, so the wonderful view does not spoil anything. Very friendly apartment owners who will always help. Great location with wonderful view of Kotor Bay. Great apartment for families to stay

The view from the balcony is splendid: the mountains, the sea, the ships. We enjoyed the birds' singing and the ringing of the bells. The apartment has everything that is necessary. There is no children's playsground nearby, but there is a flat area near the house, so children can run, play the ball and play badminton there. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the seaside, and 10 minutes to the nearest shop. There are many interesting places in the Old Town (5 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes of walking) - Maritime Museum, The Bastion, the old streets, historical buildings, not far is also Aquarium Boka (not big but nice).
