Dijana is a great host, so considerate, helpful and her apartment is spotless. Supermarket and gym right next door was a nice little bonus for me. Apartment is probably 10 minute walk from bus station, and 15 from old town centre.

My stay here was wonderful! I felt safe and so comfortable in the apartment! It was bigger than I expected and so clean and I felt right at home! It has everything I needed and was lovely and modern and the host was so lovely and helpful offering me coffee and lemonade to hydrate on my first day as it was very hot! The property is gated and feels safe with the lovely Molli the dog outside greeting you every time you come back. I highly recommend staying here. Next door is a petrol station and a supermarket and it's only 20 minute walk into Kotor town, 10 minute walk to the main bus station too. Such a beautiful home! I think this was the best apartment I've ever stayed in. Shortly - spacious and very clean. Spacious clean bedroom with air conditioning and comfortable bed. More than enough clean towels. Warm blanket. View at the garden with a lot of birds. You could even see the sea. Very comfortable bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, lots of dishes and pots, oven. Beautiful garden, I woke up to the singing of birds. Location is great - 2 minutes walk from the Idea supermarket, 7 minutes from the bakery with delicious bureks, 15 minutes walk to the old town, 10 minutes to the bus station. Just in case - there lives a big dog. I'm scared of dogs and was petrified at first when it barked at me, but later there was no problem at all.

Great apartment with everything needed for short or long term stay. Fully equipped kitchen, living space and balcony with great views over the bay. Very helpful Dijana always easy to get in contact with and Molli the family pet dog welcomes you "home" each day. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back again.

We stayed at apartment 2 on the 2nd floor. It is very clean and cozy. All you need is there. There is a balcony with scenic mountain view. Landlord is friendly and helpful. A supermarket is two minutes walk. Old town is about 7-10 minutes walk. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. Super!

Absolutely amazing host, very communicative and such a wonderful person. The apartment is fantastic, it is really well located and has absolutely all of the amenities and more, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, an awesome bathroom, great wifi, TV with cable, AC, a balcony with amazing views, it has free parking on site which makes it super safe if you rent a car. There are literally no downsides. Thanks for everything!

Clean, roomy, quiet. Excellent window shutters that create total dark if you want to sleep in. Amazing breakfast place 5 min away. Supermarket 2 min away. Parking spot inside the yard. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine.

It's a lovely room with a balcony and good views of the mountains. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom and kitchen with all the things you may need to make breakfast.

Very well equiped apartment (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc), everything finished at very high and modern standard. Private parking so i could leave securelly my motorbike and go to see Old Town of Kotor (10 min walk from apartment) and other stractions around. Owners very friendly and cominicative willing to help or share informations. Of i have a chance to come back to Kotor i will defenetely book this place again. Hope Molly still be there 😉

“Nice and cosy place to stay in Kotor”

Apartments are located near the old town. The rooms were nice and clean. We got a parking space. The host was very friendly, quickly replied to our messages. We had a wonderful time living in Kotor in such a cool place. P.S. As an additional advantage your car will be guarded by charismatic security agent called Molli ( owners dog):) We strongly recommend to choose these apartments if you stay in Kotor.

“Perfect+”

The apartment was perfectly clean, cosy and comfortable and quiet. The view from the balcony was amazing, while a petrol station, a grocery store and a bakery are also nearby. You can leave your car in a closed place that belongs to the house just under the windows, which means a lot because finding a parking spot in the city is far from easy. The Old Town is about 10 minutes of walk, and you can depart to the other direction (e.g. Budva) on routes that enable you to avoid traffic jams (that's also very valuable). The bathroom is brilliant clean, kitchen is also clean well equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, oven, and a fridge with a freezer. Air conditioner was available, beds were really comfortable so had some quite good night's sleep. Last but not the least, Dijana was very-very kind and helpful with us. Summing up: 10*/10.

Our stay in beautiful Kotor was perfectly combined with a wonderful stay at Dijana 2....the room was spotless, cool, complete and the hosts very friendly and helpful in whatever we asked of them. 1. Perfect location (just 15 minutes to old town) to avoid the hustle and bustle of the old town 2. Convenient: e.g. nearby supermarket, gas station. If you take Blue Line Bus to Perast or Risan, the terminal bus stop is just nearby and no need to go to bus station in front of the old town local market. 3. Friendly and resourceful owner: one day in advance to whatsapp me the check in arrangement. The process is seamless and efficient. Even Molly (owner’s family dog) is extremely friendly and cute. 4. Extremely clean apartment and other facilities as well. We have a 3 months visit in Balkan countries. All my travel partners rated this apartment in the top 3 choices.
