Yes it is meant for a large group of people. Able to accommodate up to 18pax. The location of the place is strategic. There was a water dispenser which is quite convenient.

I love the location, right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu town. The Kids Zone area in the homestay is what makes it really interesting. Hot / Cool water dispenser provided.

“Value for money”
The location was excellent, strategically situated near the KK city center, making it convenient to access various attractions and amenities. The kids especially enjoyed the dedicated playground area, which provided a fun and safe space for them to play. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the property was good and added to the positive experience.

Location is very strategic, in heart of the city. Opposite building is a well known spot, “Waterfront”, whereby you can catch beautiful sunset & also chill out. The property is suitable for a large group at a very reasonable price. Their staff were very friendly and always ever helpful. Truly appreciate it. Thank you.
