Great views and artwork, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Owner is super responsive and very helpful. He made sure we had all the help and information we needed at all times. He let us have a later check out as well to coincide with our flight. Very clean and organised. Close to great markets and the waterfront as well as many restaurants. A quick 10minute drive to airport.

Very pleasant stay, comfortable and clean. Spacious apartment. The owner had thought of everything: multiple trash bins, mirrors, places to put your belongings, tea, coffee, drinks in the fridge. Very good washing machine. Best accommodation we’ve had. The host responded very quickly. The apartment is close to the market. There is a supermarket, and massages on the ground floor. Great location. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience staying in the studio, it’s clean, location is great, and it has such a beautiful view of the sea. Staff is very friendly and gave clear instructions and even small souvenirs.

The place is perfect if you stay at Kota Kinabalu. Our host is incredibly friendly person, he can suggest a good places to visit in town and overall in Malaysia. The navigation was super easy, I liked how simple is to check in, and you don’t worry about timing. If you have a late night check-in, don’t worry, you’ll get instructions with key code etc. The studio itself decorated with own paints of the Host, you can see them on the wall, very cool looking! It’s spacious as well, plus fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Desktop and high speed internet. Comfy bed, hot shower and spectacular view on the shore of town. We had a pleasant time at Artsy Studio. From now on this place is a stay while in Kota Kinabalu. Special thanks to the Host and see you again!

“Spacious and modern apartment with great location and view”

The property was located right at the coastline, within walking distance to the harbour bringing us to beautiful Islands and to some good restaurants. It was very clean and modern and we has beautiful view of the sun setting over the sea from our room!

Nice place, very convenient. The host was also very helpful. Although there was a bit of a problem while self check-in, but the host was responsive and took fast actions.

This is the most cost-effective apartment in the whole of Kota Kinabalu. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities. There is also a washer-dryer combo and complimentary snacks and drinks. Its geographical location is extremely advantageous, being close to Gaya Street and the seaside, with excellent views. The landlord is very enthusiastic and has given us a great deal of help. He even specially drove us to the airport. He is the best landlord I've ever met. I had a really great time on this trip!

The room is fantastic, clean and with sufficient facilities (cookery, cutlery, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, Wifi and etc) another one is the view , the room facing the ocean can see the sunset in the evening. Room decorated aesthetically+ Drawing by the owner 🔥
