“Spacious apartment in a great location”
Nice and cozy apartment in a great location. There are multiple markets nearby, it is close to the city center, a very walkable and safe neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean. It is a decent stay for a fair price. Check-in/check-out was smooth and easy, good communication with the host.

“Very central and cosy place to stay!”
The apartment owner was always very helpful. There were snacks and water provided as a welcome gift. The house is very welcoming and close to everything we need to enjoy Kota Kinabalu; you can go walking everywhere. The pool is also sufficient for what we need.

“Good communication. Response in timely manner.”
Very good service and communication. The self check in instruction is clean and smooth even I arrive at 2am from airport for check in. Also, the response from the contact person via WhatsApp is quick and in timely manner to make the stay comfortable and very accommodating. Location is perfect with markets, plaza just next door and in walking distances. Apartment is clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine is convenient. The scenic view from the balcony is also a bonus. The swimming pool is a highlight for the stay as well. Very comfortable stay.
