“Maintenance issue”
During my stay, I reported an issue with a power socket that was not functioning by sending a message to the maintenance contact number provided by the front desk. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response or acknowledgment from either the maintenance team or the front desk. I would appreciate a faster response to guest requests and concerns. If the issue cannot be rectified immediately, at the very least, please acknowledge and reply to the guest's message to provide an update. Leaving guests waiting without any communication can negatively affect their overall experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilet did not meet my expectations. I noticed several long strands of hair that had not been properly cleaned, which gave the impression that the bathroom had not been thoroughly serviced before my arrival. I hope greater attention can be given to housekeeping standards to ensure a cleaner and more comfortable experience for future guests.

Good location, plenty of food available below and around the block. Room was large with a small kitchenette which was nice. Comfortable bed, although the pillows weren't as comfortable.
