Apartment was lovely & spacious, clean but some of the paintwork could be doing with a freshen up, lots of amenities close by. Right next to port for boat trips & not far from street food markets.

The apartment was very clean and has all the necessary items for a good stay such as vacuum cleaner and broom. The view was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The host was generous with the number of towels provided. The wifi was superb. The number of security guards around the property made us feel very safe. There were many eateries on the ground floor for different tastes. The 24-hour laundromat was very convenient.

Fabulous place, very light and spacious, comfy beds, equipped with all we needed. There are amazing views / sunsets and the pool was a big bonus. Easy walk to shops / restaurants.

The apartment views were fantastic - with windows in multiple directions. It was huge, clean, and with most things you would need for a week. Great swimming pool. Nice choice of restaurants below if you don't want to venture any further. Close to the port for island hopping trips. Walkable to waterfront.

“Great ocean view with spacious and clean unit for family getaway!”
Spotless clean and spacious unit to accommodate family of 5. This unit can see great ocean views with bright sunlights in the whole unit, we love it. All beds are comfortable, kitchen and toilets are clean and tidy. We especially love they provided many clean towels for us to stay for 3 nights. Highly recommend this unit to any family to visit Kota Kinabalu.
