Very near to city centre. Walkable distance to attractive place such Suria Sabah, Gaya Street and Jesselton Point. Good restaurants/cafe also available at the building !

like how its walking distance to where you need to go. the restaurants around are good options for the budget traveller and suria being a few mins walk away, as well as jesselton duty free. i like how the price is budget friendly and will suit bigger families.

This was our worst stay ever! The key pick-up didn’t work as explained, the rooms were extremely dirty, and when we complained about the untidiness, the personnel and the management were extremely unfriendly and incompetent! To be avoided!

“Great Stay at Jesselton”
Overall, it was very good stay. Fuss-free check-in, very responsive and helpful staff with online queries, beautiful panaromic seaview, shower with good water pressure, good-size apartment at a great location (close to Suria Sabah Shopping Mall), free parking, cheap laundromat downstairs.

“Pleasant sea view getaway”
The location is in a prime area. Good facilities within the building, and good amenities within the unit. Stable wifi. Good water pressure, and good selection of toiletries provided. Ample parking spaces but there's a charge, can't remember how much was it, around RM 15 if not mistaken for overnight.
