“Overall it was good stay just the water heater problem.”
The location is strategic. Check in process was easy. The homestay is cozy and peaceful. Although we only stay for 1 night.

“Value for money”
The property is decent for the price. Water pressure is not high but bearable. Toilet is very clean. Two aircond one in living room and one in the bedroom. One shaded free parking per unit. But if raining will need an umbrella to get to the car. Location is very close to city centre / attractions. Love the hair dryer. Better than the hotel ones ,😂

“Very Pleasant and Safe Stay, with Minor Suggestions for Improvement”
I truly appreciate the owner’s kindness and consideration in allowing me to check in early. They are very understanding and warm-hearted. I really enjoy staying here because there is a security gate, and my car feels safe. The friends I recommended this place to also liked it very much, and they plan to make it their first choice whenever they have matters to attend to and need a place to stay in KK.

“No lift, it is best if there were not heavy things to bring upstairs.”
Stayed in room 123-A-2. We like the bedroom. The water heater works well. The kitchen prepare all the needs and had coway too. Got washing machine too. There is a worker there he mopped the stairs which makes us like the place, its clean. Rating the PIC to contact good service. To improve on whatsapp customer 1 day early for maps and codes to get keys.

“Cozy pleasant IKO Homes”
The location is very good, only take few minutes to reach other tourist spots. Easy check in info. Very convenient because it is on the groundfloor, easy to carry our stuffs, my old parents can get in easily, no need to climb up stairs... Near to our parking as well.. the house itself is very cozy, comfortables.. room very cozy, very comfortable as well. All cooking utensils and other accomodations is great. Can cook.. near the main road, but very quiet.. i like it very much. overall, it is highly recommended!!!
