I like this homestay, it truely reserved for a big family like mine, 4 rooms 4 bathrooms, got dining rooms, washing machine and etc. Really2 worth the money. Will repeat again in anytime sooner of i ever go to KK.

The homeowner demonstrated exceptional courtesy and responsiveness to our inquiries. Throughout our six-night stay, they provided housekeeping services and replaced towels. On our departure day, the homeowner kindly offered to transport our luggage to the airport departure hall. We plan to return to this accommodation on our next visit to Sabah.

Enjoyed 2 night stay doing own steamboat dinner. But with help from our KK friend as the utensils provided not sufficient. Rooms quite spacious and bathrooms are reasonably good to use. Nice location close to local restaurants and Tg Aru Beach.

“KK trip...Hin Loi Homes plus Xian Xian travel and tours”
The place was big for our group of 9...near the airport too....Alex was a very accommodating host readily answered questions and referred us to Elwin for the tour....highly recommended Xian Xian travel and Tours...our driver/guide Kat was attentive, punctual and accommodating....he gave us free drinks/ snacks 😀 ...the tour was tailor fitted to our schedule and likes....we enjoyed our trip to KK..would highly recommend this place and tour!

“Amazing family vacation”
This house is big enough for a big family vacation. Each bedroom attached with a bathroom & the house is clean. The bed n pillow are comfy. The place is strategic located at Tanjung Aru & quite near to eatery places & convenience store. It is not very far from KK town & also KK airport. The host also very friendly & easy/fast to respond your needs & questions. Very recommended.
