Perfect location on the waterfront, close to the local and artisan market, shopping Malls and Street food. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished. An asset to have a washing machine after time travelling.

The accommodation is new and clean, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. We had a great rest after climbing Mount Kinabalu. Emily is very friendly and helpful, responding messages quickly and doing her best to answer all our needs and questions. I recommend this accommodation.

The apartment, with a sunset view was located on the ninth floor and had 1.5 rooms, with a modern and clean interior. Included was a kitchen with a huge fridge and a washing machine and the big bathroom 2 A/Cs were available The host was super friendly and helpful Location 15/20 min by foot to the jetty, 5 min to nightmarket and sunset spot, 1 min to supermarket

The property was spotless, well situated, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The host was friendly and met me at the property even though I arrived late. Everything about the stay was positive.

Following last year, I went on vacation in Kota Kinabalu this year and made a reservation at the shore, my favorite accommodation. I completed the reservation because I wanted to experience the new host's room. She welcomed me with a bright smile, and introduced by showing the room. This makes me think about what kind of host is good. After a wonderful experience for about 13 days, the biggest attraction of the room is that the attractive swimming pool view of the shore is spread right in front of it. Other facilities are also considered perfect. I recommend her and her wonderful room to other travelers, who also made her see-off perfect on the last day.
