“Lovely pool and comfortable room”
The location and the pool were fantastic. The room was clean and the bed insanely comfortable! I loved the drinking water dispensers on every floor and easy access to pool towels.

“The room upgrade on arrival was a major surprise and very welcome. It made a huge difference.”
The linen was top class! Location is near everything within walking distance - 3 malls; Waterfront Esplanade with the superb restaurants and pubs and many other facilities.

The sea view and pool view were absolutely stunning.The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A washing machine with dryer was provided in the Queen Premier Studio, which was very convenient.The location is strategic and easily accessible.Guests are welcomed with complimentary coffee from the coffee machine during check-in.The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly responsive in arranging birthday and anniversary decorations. Parking was also easy to access and readily available.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. We would love to come back again!!

Location in the city centre is good if you don't have a car, can explore the city conveniently. 24hr gym, sunset view. Pantry, which gives space for simple breakfast preparation

Our stay for 3 days 2 nights here was very good, we were upgraded to studio room & the facilities were absolutely accomodating. No complaint at all, location wise was okay & there's even parking provided for guest. Room and toilet was clean and spacious will definitely be our go to hotel in KK

“It felt like luxury after facing the humidity and heat of Sabah”
The room was clean and the bed felt like a cloud - the pillows were amazing. It was lovely - the staff were so patient and kind and there was a beautiful lady in the restaurant that was so welcoming and helpful. I’m sure her name started with an L. Just beautiful.
