The staff is lovely. Place includes breakfast and drinks like water, coffee and tea! Location is great 10-15 mins from the waterfront and easy to get to from the KK airport.

“Disappointed”

Is it my fault? My flight was delayed 3 times? and I reached at the premise around 1.30 am. I tried to call the phone number they provide, but it was no longer in service. Pressing the button near the entrance but no sound, and knocked the glass door a few times, but no staff was around. In the end I walked away & find another stay.

The location was central to everywhere in the city - banks, shops, coffee shops and even post office

Nobody of the personell cared for the customers. In the morning there was a couple waiting for their room keys. They booked the night before and informed hostel to arrive the following morning. They still had to wait until this day check in time.... So they paid a night for not getting their keys.

it was a fantastic experience for budget travelers! The capsules were surprisingly spacious and provided privacy with individual doors, outlets, and lighting. The shared facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it ideal for exploring the city. The only downside was a bit of noise from neighboring capsules, but overall, it’s a great value for anyone looking for affordable, comfortable accommodation.

Staff were fine. Although no water for 2 days, not their fault, but there was little thought into going to buy a couple of kettles to provide some hot water. Location good. Beds really ok. Kitchen area messy tho. It’s an ok hostel, but on 3rd floor , but there is a lift just down the hall.
