“Spacious and well maintaned property”
1) very well equipped and clean house 2) close to city centre 3) there were a few technical issues like cannot switch on the cooking gas, but owner quickly tend to our request to fix the issue

All is great! The host is very helpful, accommodating and nice! We went there when the flood was about to hit Kelantan and alhamdulillah the accommodation did not have any issue (as in no flood)but one of the road was closed due to the rise of water. The host is very helpful when we asked him alternative road instead! If the next future we are going to Kota Bharu again, we would definitely considering this homestay again! The wifi and netflix are all functioning, cleanliness of the house superb (10/10) and yeah, overall it was a great stay!
