I liked the location. Within walking distance to the Kostanay Plaza. It has free private parking. The room was big.

It has a good location close to Therma park which was our intention as well. The interior inside was good and outside the building looked nice.

“The hotel was very good, clean room, great location, amazing reception lady.”
Good location, next to big shopping centre, plus not far away from the airport. The reception lady was so amazing, helped us in the morning to get a taxi, and looked after our suitcases so we don’t need to drag our suitcases upstairs.

“Overall it was great, comfortable and tasty.”
The room was clean. I really liked the breakfast options, everyone can find something that they will enjoy. The bed mattress is on the harder side, but it's comfortable because of that. There is air conditioning.

“as expected and absolutely fine for this price”
it was a modern hotel, 5 minutes from Kostanay Plaza shopping mall away and with taxi only 10min drive into the city.

I like the location. Near Kostanay Plaza trade center, where I found shops, cinema, cafes and more. Also there was small shop near the hotel. You can buy there food, waters, snacks and etc.
