Overview
Situated in the town of Kosta, 50 minutes’ drive from Växjö, is Kosta Boda Art Hotel. This unique design hotel offers a spa and rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Kosta Glassworks and the Kosta Outlet are adjacent to the hotel. All the brightly decorated and air conditioned rooms at Kosta Boda Art feature glass art and a large film library. All include a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. Kosta Boda Art Hotel Spa offers both treatments and fitness options. Guests can go for a swim in the indoor swimming pool, unwind in the sauna or enjoy a relaxing massage. Zumba, pilates and yoga is also offered. Linnéa Art Restaurant serves local specialities based on fresh local produce in a relaxing atmosphere. Drinks are available in the Glass Bar, featuring a blue-lit bar counter made of 4 tons of glass. Guests can try glass blowing or have a guided tour at the neighbouring Kosta Glassworks.

“Great stay in this unique glass themed hotel”
Great stay at this unique glass themed hotel in the heart of Smaland. The hotel is decorated with fabulous glass artworks, tables, lights and lamps. The crockery and glassware in the restaurant are all Kosta Boda and the glass bar is something to behold. The glass artwork continues into the bedrooms with even glass sinks in the bathroom. There is a spa with various heated pools, a sauna and steamroom which also offers beauty treatments.

As a weekly international business traveler, I have found another favorite gem of a hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and up to expectations for 4☆ The Spa and Gym facilities are way beyond that. Absolutely perfect for some exercise and relaxation after a long days work. Also, mannered, caring and professional staff. Great food and cocktails. The glass art is amazing. Unfortunately I am not often close to Kosta for business, but I would gladly make a detour to stay here another time!

Just some short info: - Staff - exceptional - Breakfast - exceptional - Lunch - not applicable, simply for the fact that I didn't lunch at the hotel, but if the experience I had was like "Dinner" value yourself the answer. - Dinner - exceptional - Services (simply for the fact that unfortunately I haven't used them, but I've seen what's behind, and in my opinion it's an "exceptional" score) - Place - far from chaos (for me exceptional) - General evaluation - it's worth it (so exceptional)

The glass art presented is extraordinary. The buffet breakfast is varied, fresh and the opening hours are perfect for hitting the gym beforehand. The gym is well equipped. The Hot Glass massage we booked was exceptionally good and relaxing. The Brain glass head present is a nice touch.
