The place was perfect, very quiet, with spectacular view of meadows, trees and mountains from the room, you have own balcony to enjoy the beauty of Tirol. The house is fully equipped and the owner is really nice. We recommend 100%

“Superb accommodation”
Barbara is an amazing host! She made us feel welcomed and we are so glad we picked this location to spend Silvester. The views from the balcony overlooking the hills & fireworks was just breathtaking! Clean, comfortable, well designed and super well equipped kitchen. Easy drive to the main village and amenities. Definitely one of my favourite places booked using this platform.

“Very lovely and stylish place in Koessen with amazing view”
This place is really a gem. it is close to everything we wanted to do: hiking, rafting, biking. It’s in a super quiet area yet easy to reach to supermarkets and restaurants. The host is very sweet and nice! The rooms are tastefully and beautifully decorated. There is also a kitchen where one can cook. For us, the highlight is the dining table right outside of the house where we can have dinner, hang out , and enjoy the amazing view.
