This is our second time at this wonderful place! Everything is perfect! The scenery, the rooms, the service are beyond praise, and the food is delicious!

“Unforgettable”

Everything about Living Heritage Koslanda is exceptional. The location is stunning the location of every element of the hotel - where the rooms are the view from each room, where you dine, where the swimming pool is- has been thought about with incredible care. The manager Karim is on hand to provide hints and tips about how to get the best from your stay and his staff go about their work with great care and attention.

“Fantastic location, but some upgrades needed”

Living Heritage Koslanda is in a beautiful location. It really does feel like you are off the beaten track. The grounds are stunning - the pool is large and so peaceful, and so fantastic to have the walk to the waterfall on the grounds (just remember to wear the provided leech socks!!). We had a massage in the spa and our masseuse was excellent. We did yoga in the morning which was brilliant, so peaceful and lovely. The food in the evening was really nice too and waiters were kind and friendly. The hotel has two dogs, Tom and Jerry, who were absolutely wonderful companions on our walks round the grounds! A brilliant place to unwind. The hotel also put on a hike for us on our request, and the hike through tea country was gorgeous with a fab guide. Cocktail hour was also a lovely touch to meet other guests with a delicious cocktail and some nibbles. On valentine's day we were also presented with some flowers and the staff members wished us a happy valentine's day which was lovely!

Nice quiet hotel totally in the nature. Also amazing dinner with different choices every evening. We stayed in the pepper cottage and it was big enough for 2 people with outdoor terrace.

We felt very lucky to have stayed in this beautiful hotel. Honestly we were a little worried about insects in the pavilion but it was so well designed with layers of curtains we needn't have stressed. It was a joy to wake up to the sound of the jungle in the morning and watch the monkeys from bed. The whole place is extremely beautiful and peaceful, we stayed for two nights and didn't leave once. The pool area and grounds are stunning and the food was delicious. The spa is beautiful and the treatment was great. The staff were also wonderful. They also encourage guests to get together before dinner for a complimentary cocktail which was a lovely touch and a great way to share travel tips.

Lovely swimming pool with amazing views. Amazing setting in a beautiful private estate with a private waterfall. Staff were all very friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable and the Forrest pavilion is a particularly cool and unique experience in the jungle surrounded by wildlife.

Overall fantastic. Beautiful place to wake up in Christmas day. Stunning location and views.

“Breathtaking”

This place is so special - honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The forest pavilion was outstanding, the staff was so thoughtful and caring, the food was delicious, the pool and the view were phenomenal. The massage with Lassanta was perfect - I went twice! Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough and hope it stays as beautiful, private and exceptional forever. We will definitely come back. Thank you Lucy!
