“AVOID AT ALL COSTS RUN AWAY!”

I didn't sleep a single wink in this incredibly dirty nightmare of a hotel. The entire place smells horribly musty and looks at least 30 years old. Cleanliness is non-existent: the floors were full of hair, and I found a dead cockroach (see my attached photo). I even found another insect crawling right on my bed! The staff was extremely rude, and they played bizarre, unsettling music that made the vibe even worse. Save your money and look elsewhere do not ever book a room here.

Unlike many love hotels, there was no need to contact the front desk every time we went out; coming and going was basically unrestricted. The complimentary breakfast was homemade and tasted great. Although the bed was old, it was clean and very comfortable, and I slept well.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. We particularly enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi and the bath salts provided, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The breakfast was tasty, largely thanks to the good quality ingredients used. However, the consistency varied from day to day. While we ate the same things daily, sometimes the sandwich seemed hastily prepared, with ingredients unevenly distributed. Similarly, the amount of honey on the yogurt ranged from just a drop to a sufficient portion, which was a bit frustrating. It seems there was a lack of balance or standardized preparation among the different staff members handling breakfast. Despite these minor inconsistencies, the food remained enjoyable. In summary, we had a comfortable stay with some highlights, though there is room for improvement in breakfast service consistency.

Breakfast was tasty. It always arrived right on time. All staff are very friendly and helpful and cleaning staff do an amazing job. It's exceptionally clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom area are very spacious. The hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere and the cool drink and coffee station is a treat. Great value too. We would definitely stay there again.

The Room was really big for Japanese standards. It’s like a small apartment with your entrance, separate toilet and bathroom, sink with the mirror in the middle. Had a big bed, a TV (only Japanese). Good value for the price.

Our Bathroom had a Jacuzzi, which was an excellent feature, and they give a free flow of bath salts, Shampoos, Massage oil, Coke and Fanta in the lobby, Bathrobes, Kimonos and lots of towels. Breakfast is included too! They are generous as the checkout is at 12 pm , unlike most other hotels in Japan, where the check out time is 10 am. Each room is equipped with a scent mist spray machine and an air purifying machine. The hair dryer is properly installed on the wall for convenient use. I suggest they have a paper in the room in English and Japanese, and give options to the Guest if they want the bath robe to be replaced, same for kimono, towels, bedsheets, whether the jacuzzi water should be drained.... but cleaning the room, that's non negotiable.

It was a love hotel, but a good experience. It wasn't a garish hotel. The room was spacious, the bath was nice and big. There were a lot of free amenities, like bath salts and a drinks car. And the room service food was really tasty. They say on the website they're proud of their food, and I can see why - plus you can order until the early hours, which is useful.
