“Exceptionally GOOD”
This is the best hotel I stayed during this 25days holiday here. Lake Towada was exceptionally beautiful. We arrived during the sunset hour and the view was spectacular. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff Sumi was very professional in helping us do a quick checkin and help us with our luggages to the rooms. Then we receive a surprise French style dinner. The food was so good and we were all very happy. The onsen was good but the water quality was not very good...just spring water with minerals. Rooms are of good size and the beds very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

The outdoor onsen was very well setup with a beautiful garden view and night sky view. The breakfast was decent, I appreciated the hand grinder for coffee in the morning. The lake view is very nice.

A beautiful old style hotel, even had a proper key to enter the rooms!! Very comfortable beds and stunning views over the lake. We had the food package and it was the finest of dining!! All in all a great stay.

The hotel view is its biggest attraction. Located on the lake, there are plenty of outdoor seating and hammock to help enjoy it and a walking track. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly. Their restaurant service boasts creative cooking which goes well with the view.

We loved the location in the lush, green forest and by a crystal clear lake. Onsen and the restaurant were really nice too. Staff was also very friendly.

The surroundings are very beautiful, and the common areas such as the common hall, bathhouse, restaurant, and garden are all comfortable and refreshing. The rooms have good views, and the breakfast is excellent.
