“Incredible value for your money.”

Incredible ocean view from my room, which was also very spacious. Richard, the manager of the hotel, is the greatest manager I have ever experienced. He really went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from arranging my tours to help me getting around. He was always available with the most incredible kindness. Honestly, I can’t thank Richard enough. The hotel is great value for your money.

Seaward is such a lovely cosy place, only 5min walking from the city and at the same time so quiet that you only hear the sound of the sea through the balcony😍 Richard is a very realiable host, super helpful and professional! I couldn't have chosen a better place for my 10day stay in Palau! Thank youuuu!

Good location by the sea which is not far from the main street of Palau where you can find restaurants and groceries (less than 10 minutes walking). Huge room and comfy beds. The staff is really friendly and he dropped us off at the airport. No complaints

“Great hotel in a unique location over the water looking at the lagoon and mangroves”

This is a great place to stay in one of the few hotels with a wonderful balcony over the water is a perfect location, slightly set back from the bustle of the town but so close (just a few minutes walk). Our bedroom was very large, the bed was so comfortable the shower was very hot and very powerful just as we like it. The best part of this hotel is Richard the manager. He went above and beyond to make our stay so special and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Richard. We arrived at Seaward as strangers and we leave as great friends.

Friendly management/ staff. Lili tried hard to arrange our tours and was very informative and helpful in her emails before we arrived. Her son, Richard, was very helpful, polite, hard working and pleasant. It was homely and family run. Breakfast was included. The views of the sunset and sea from some of the rooms was amazing and probably better than anywhere. It’s set aside from the main road so it’s quiet, yet still accessible.
