Great owner, he pick up us from airport and take us back to the airport for free, he made us special breakfast (vegetarian and gluten-free, and that's really hard on Palau because there is not so many gluten-free items in the shops). The hotel was quiet, near the city centre, next to the sea (we saw baby stingray from the window!). We plan to come back next year. :)

“Memorable stay 🥰”
Seaward Hotel was a true find—my room was very nice, spotless, and perfectly quiet, making for a comfortable stay from check-in to checkout. Richard and his staff were amazing: warm without hovering, quick with extra towels, and full of smart local tips that saved us time. The bed felt like home, the shower had great pressure, and small touches added up. I slept well, worked well, and felt looked after. Definitely recommend and stay again—Palau just got a lot easier.

The hostess was fantastic... she went out of her way to help us. If you like Korean food, Kim's restaurant nearby was very good and reasonably priced.

The staff, especially Lili the manager were extremely helpful and provide good advice, help on booking tours and we're sincerely assisting on enjoying my stay in Palau. I travel extensively, but cannot recall such a friendly and personal service like this
