Sindi the owner kindly shown us the apartment which is located in two-story house with four apartments. Stefania apartment is on the second level. The building is old and has it's patina (I particularly liked the strairs). The apartment inside is a different world. It is renovated nicely with a fresh look! We loved staying in the apartment (parents and kids of ages: 13, 12, 4)! It is well equipped with various appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, full size oven, electric cooktop with four elements, etc.). It's a complete home. It has one airconditioner in the dining area which is enough to cool down the apartment when it's really hot. The beach is a minute walk from the apartment with a small playground for the young ones in the way. The cement factory is situated further away on the left. It's quite a landmark with it's monumental buildings. It stands there since more than a century like a castle providing job opportunities for generations of locals people. At the beach there is no noticable noise from the factory and the nights in the apartment were calm just as well. The clarity of the water at the beach is exceptional! We have visited many beaches during our stay but the water quality was the best at this local beach. It's really amazing! You can see different type of fishes (not afraid of poeople) swimming in the beach area. It's a little village with one mini market. Not a lot of food options if you plan to go out. Zero nightlife, It's a peaceful place for people who like calmness, uncrowded beaches. Historical cities with cultural rarities are in a reach of about an hour drive. We have met Sindi's dad on the beach a couple of times and we had some friendly conversations in German. He provided a link to better connect with the place. Thanks for his kindness and attitude. We all were really happy to stay in Apartment Stefania! Location is really near with beach. Clean and you can find everything you need to live! Thankful that they provided us with extra bed.
