“Brilliant place for stay”

This small lodge / hotel exceeded our expectations, the room we stayed in was a brand new builds, our room was beautiful with a large comfortable bed, doors opening onto our own patio with sun beds and views of the wood and hills. the bathroom was huge and very clean. We booked for dinner which was delicious - many of the dishes were locally sourced - the same for breakfast - there was a good selection of meats, cheese, yoghurt, eggs and homemade jam. The place is family run and they are so helpful and kind and super proud of their hotel and business.

The property, the rooms, the food and everyrhing was amazing. I highly recommend Mrzlin grad as the homebase to exlpore Plitvice from. Shoutout to Karlo. The cute cows were delicious!

Lovely countryside vibes with mountain views and field in front of the hotel with cows grazing on it. The room itself was spacious, had a balcony. The bathroom was spacious. The dining area was in a separate house which had the view of the mountains. The restaurant served exceptional food made with good quality ingredients.

“View & location couldn't be better.”

Very friendly staff, great view over the valley and very large comfortable rooms. Lots of parking in front and a short drive to the entrances of Plitivce national park. Town center of Korenica is also just minutes away so great to get to a restaurant or shop. They also have a good restaurant at the hotel and their breakfast is decent. Would recommend!

Definitely the best stay during our roadtrip. Nice room, super friendly hotel staff and amazing food. If you are there: I recommend to try the frangipani tarte and definitely recommend the very good breakfast with local specialties.

“Best stay you can get near Plitvice lakes”

Amazing stay at this accommodation with the most hospitable family of Croatia. Closeby Plitvice Lakes (15 min drive to entrance/parking) as well a supermarket on 2 mins driving. Location is overlooking wide open spaces filled with mountains. Rooms have comfortable beds, ACs and bathroom as well as spatious private terrace. Swimming pool was nice too. Absolute highlight; the restaurant la Ursula! Delicious breakfast and very special and amazing dinner full of local ingredients and very fresh. When you stay here, life is truely wonderful! Cant wait to be back.

The scenery is stunning, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I had booked both dinner and breakfast in advance, and everything was noted down carefully. The meals were absolutely delicious! The view here is so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave. My parents and I spent a wonderful night here. I would highly recommend this place—if you’re visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park, staying here for a night is a must. You won’t regret choosing this place!

“Great getaway in the mountains :)”

Very cute hotel in the lakes region. It is an amazing way to disconnect and get away from the sea and cities in less than 1h30 by car. We had a great time. The restaurant is good with local speciality like venisson and bear!
