“Excellent location and very well appointed hotel with comfortable rooms, good breakfast and an excellent lounge area”
The room was spacious, modern and well equipped with tea and coffee machine and a mini bar and plenty of wardrobe space. There was also a large sitting room on ground level with lounge chairs, TV, books, coffee machine and a billiards table. The buffet breakfast provided a lot of variety and was very economical. The hotel is in the historic centre and is less than 4 minute walk from the museum, cafes, bars and restaurants

“Lovely spot with great hosts in a quiet part of the old city center”
Nicely renovated old half-timbered house with well chosen interior dekor. Extremely nice and chill staff that was helpful and asked pro-actively if everything was ok with the food or the room. The breakfast was also pretty good value for money with multiple choices of multi-grain bread, cereals, charcuterie etc. my husband also fancied the coffee a lot. The facility has some nice parking spots, so easily accessible.

“We definitely will come back when we are in town.”
We stayed one night at Hotel Am Dalwigker Tor. The owner of the property had emptied his garage so we could park our motorbikes under cover, which was very nice given the heave thunderstorm and rain we encountered. While walking back from the OBI hardware store we got into the heavy rain and again the owner was so kind to dry our wet clothes in a dryer. The dinner and breakfast we had at Hotel Am Dalwigker Tor was excellent.
