It is unique, with nature and a lot of trees In front of the beach which is safe and clean

The stay was ok overall, what i really appreciated is the reactivity of the staff especially customer experience manager Mme Chaima , she was so nice and helpful and tried her best to fix some issue related with the facility by changing the room immediately and proposing upgrades.

This is my second stay at the Africa Jade, and once again, the thalassotherapy centre has been the highlight of the experience. But what truly sets this place apart is the quality of the care and the attentiveness of the team. Every request is met with warmth and genuine consideration. I had the pleasure of booking a massage session, and I was looked after by Salma, whose gentle and professional made the experience truly memorable. She has a natural kindness about her that creates an immediate sense of calm. After each session, I found myself leaving with a real sense of peace that carried through the rest of my day. The hotel’s outdoor atmosphere was truly beautiful and relaxing. The natural surroundings were very well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts great effort into the outdoor areas. The food was also very good, and overall the experience outside the room was enjoyable and peaceful.

Beautiful Hotel, decorations and style are one of a kind. We were upgraded for free to a junior suite;since we liked the hotel we extended our stay +days (total 10 days). Breakfast and dinner simply 5 stars, delicious! All the staff amazing, kind and professional. Area is quite, beautiful gardens and beach. Animation and sport team very kind and focused on their job. We will be back.

Large all-inclusive resort, excellent value in off-season, even if not all facilities are operational. Rooms are reasonably large, bathroom has both bathtub and shower, internet works sufficiently fast. Food was also better than in other nearby resorts in which I stayed previously.

We had a wonderful suite with an amazing view, overlooking the pool area and the sea. The room was very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and a nice terrace. The entire holiday complex is reminiscent of a lodge in Africa, the spa offers a variety of opportunities to be pampered and the beach invites you to take long walks. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality. The room service also worked well. The staff is helpful and tries to accommodate requests. We'll be back soon!
