“They lied about the room size and the the size and amount of beds!!”

This add is complete false .. is says two large full beds and it’s only one .. I you serious.. I had to sleep on a choice .. the room is half thr size it says on line.. and the own treats his i employees like slaves and no respect .. and dosnt responf to messages.. i’ve never complained about any property but this is ridiculous.. how can this be leaves in this day and age 🤬

“Awful sewage smell”

The entire place absolutely stank of raw sewage, to the point we got up in the middle of the night, left and had to find somewhere else to stay for our second night. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but the guest house has consistently ignored my emails and messages for weeks and booking.com cannot get hold of them either. This place was not fit to stay in and they will not contact me to try and resolve

I loved the building itself, and the apartment too. Nice and cozy and warm. Perfect for a weekend in October. The kitchen is fully equipped for 2 even with basic provisions like salt, sugar, oil and coffee.

Lovely area with kind people, its a row of close standing houses on such a beautiful location, with crystal clear waters just infront.

“Disappointing”

Property was in a good location, close to national park but in a remote spot

This property was in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains, with lots of greenery and a river right outside the door. It was a very quiet and peaceful place with areas to swim and soak up the sun nearby. We also liked that for such a quiet little village, there was an easily accessible grocery store which was very convenient. The apartment itself was also clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and we had no issues.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, more than enough space in the living room, and storage for clothes and other staff. Really quit place, nice neighbours. Both of the Plitvice Lakes National Park entrances are cloce, just a few minutes by car.

Perfect for a weekend romantic getaway. It is small unit, but nevertheless it was perfect for 2 night stay, very cozy and beautiful, few meters from river.

Cool studio apartment in perfect location to explore the Plitvice park, at a short driving distance from various restaurants and stores, even if outside the season.

The house was very nice and we could used the BBQ at night.

Nicely situated at the river Korana, where you can swim directly in front of the guest house.

Martin’s guest house is great ! The studio was very nice, especially for the price. Martin was very kind and friendly. The location is amazing : next to the river (you can swim in the river) with little tables around the house. We really felt at home. You can park your car very easily for free and are very close to restaurants, supermarkets and the Plitvice lakes (< 10 minutes) while still being in a peaceful and wild place.

“Great host, perfect location.”

The property is located next to a beautiful crystal clear picturesque creek. Perfect to relax and to cool off. The room is a little small and quite warm during the day but provides all necessary amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay. You will need a car as it is a short drive to shops, restaurants and the lake. Martin is the perfect host and was a life saver when we had car troubles.

The location was very good. not far from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very friendly owners.

The room was big enough. The bed was large and slept very well. There was a modern black rain shower, modern black sink, modern kitchen, a balcony. Near the apartment was a river, with good acces for swimming in it. There was a outdoor bbq, where you could sit. There was a roof covered oicknick set where you could sit and eat. The hosts were very friendly. The apartment is app 10 min.driving by car to the Plitvice Lakes. 10 min.in the opposite direction there is a big supermarket. The night are cooling down in temperature. So if you in the morning shut the windows and the roll curtains, it is not going too hot inside. The owner said he would in the future install an airco. In the evening you open all the windows and curtains, so the warmth will go away.

“Relax in pretty surroundings”

Guest House Martin overlooks a pretty stream where you can cool off with a dip in the icy water. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. Parking right outside is a bonus. The area is quiet and peaceful so it’s a great place to relax and unwind. Martin is a gracious host.

Great host, beautiful house and location by the river. A lots of local tips from the host. Great setting with BBQ and swimming spot in front of the house.
