“Authentic, clean, warm and cozy.”

Hosts are fantastic. Location is great - close to everything that have to be seen in Koprivshitsa. Perfect yard that is safe for kids to play. Quiet. Tasty breakfast traditional Bulgarian style. Very good value for money.

“Fabulous place in a magical village.”
The Gates Apartment is a fabulous place in a magical village. The owner mrs Irena is a wonderful person, she really made us feel like part of her family. As soon as we arrived we found the fireplace already with the fire burning and that was so special, when we checked out she prepared some typical Bulgarian pastries for me and my mother to try. Excellent service, amazing experience!!!

“I wish we stayed longer”
The rooms are beautiful, quiet and warm, which is important in the mountains.The garden was so nice that our kid just didn't want to leave the lawn. The host is very kind and helpful at all times. The coffee machine in the kitchen makes excellent espresso. And an unlisted bonus: the living room sports a beautiful fireplace one has to light up in order to heat the rooms!

The host was very nice! She left us alone in the house in order to not disturbing us, even if the apartment is situated at the ground level and she lives at the first floor. The apartment is quite big for 2 with a gorgeous fireplace. Traditional bulgarian old style furniture with attention to the smallest details. There is also a big garden with a barbecue zone+ coffee zone with little sofas and chairs. It must be very beautiful in summer, we'll come back for sure!

Perfect accomodation with very kind, cheerful and friendly host. Great opportunity to relax at a nice garden and prepare meal at garden kitchen.very clean rooms and interesting design of the house. A small shop just round the corner. A convenient location-only a short walk to the town centre.
