With all the modern comforts, including an espresso machine in each room, you'd never guess you were staying in a house that dates back to the 14th century. With the lively modern city bustling in the background, you'd never know this was little more than a quaint port village not two centuries ago. And with it being situated squarely in Slovenia, you wouldn't guess at its Venetian past. Yet it is all of this, and more. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. In the room there were tea/coffee facilities and water. The breakfast was eccellent, with both sweet and savoury food.

The staff was kind and welcoming, the design was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. I also really loved the scent of the soap and shower gel.

Top notch place for a real good stay. The rooms were excellent, staff friendly, breakfast was good too. It's only a short walk away from the centre, otherwise fairly secluded. Will come back here next time again.

“Very nice and cozy hotel”
Very nice hotel with cozy vibes. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very polite, good wines and clean rooms. Location is also very good, short walk from center, although we prefer to drive to nearby cities like Trieste, Piran, Portoroz, and it was right in the middle so perfect for us! Breakfast was delicious although not too many choices, but we didn’t mind. Coffee is great!

The building which is a Venetian stone structure is very pleasing. The interior design and the fixtures are modern and nice to use. Also the location is fantastic!
