Small flat with normal equipment, suitable for a family. Parking place is about 100m far, but it is not a problem because you are located in the city centre and the beach is only about 15 min walk. Very nice introduction from host including a short round in the city showing where to buy good local food, wine, ice cream, sights...thanks!
