“The pearl-vila of Kopaonik.”
The house is in a very beautiful location, plus it's beautiful, well-designed, stylish, and yet functional. It's located away from the hustle and bustle and right next to nature. You can walk right from your home. You can admire the views through the panoramic window, which opens out to the courtyard and eats there. It's incredibly comfortable inside, with beautiful and comfortable furniture and an inviting fireplace in the center. It's the kind of place where you don't even think about turning on the TV. You can simply hang out gazing at the fireplace or spend super cozy evenings with your family after hiking in the local mountains or skiing. The apartment also has a sauna for two, if you want to warm up after a cold walk. Despite the cold weather and snow, the house was always warm! The owner, who greeted us upon check-in, was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He also treated us to delicious rakia. The second floor has several beds, which is definitely enough for a large family, and a second bathroom with a shower. We really liked this place and will definitely be looking for a reason to return.

“Mountain villa”
There is a great view from the terrace. The apartment has everything needed. The best choice we made. Sasa is very friendly host.

The house location. While is it easy to reach and it is not far from everywhere, it is perfectly isolated from the crowds. The feeling is - you a have mountain of your own, as the house is at the start of a short climb to a mountain Treska top. The view from the house is fantastic.

Everything was perfect! The comfort, the location, the cleanliness...I couldn't ask for more! The villa is fully equipped with all you need, it has comfortable beds, two types of heating (we chose to light the fireplace), all the appliances. The owner was very kind and thought of everything in advance. The view and the nature around the villa are amazing.
