“Service needs improvement”
The breakfast was a mess. At 9.00 at lot of empty tables not cleaned after previous guests. Hot drinks were served when we finished breakfast and were ready to leave. Lack of quality service in a lot of other smaller aspects.

“Beautiful rooms and great breakfast, but terrible spa and operational issues. Overpriced.”
The room was spacious, lux, and had everything you could need. The hotel is right on the slope, so you don’t have to carry your skis anywhere, and the ski rental took care of all our equipment without any hassle, even though only one of us rented. The breakfast was excellent - standard buffet plus drinks at the table that usually cost extra at other 5-star hotels, like barista coffee, freshly squeezed juice, and sparkling water. You can also get a custom À la carte breakfast and the service was great. The fireside room was cozy, and the valet service was excellent; they parked our car, carried our skis to the rental, and brought our luggage to the room without any problem.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help and with a smile. The location is very good, close to everything and right in front of the slopes. The Steak House restaurant was absolutely wonderful, with excellent food and very attentive staff.

“Stunning Resort and World-Class Skiing, but Hospitality Needs a Lift”
The family room was great—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also really appreciated the in-house ski shop and trainers; the team there was fantastic, incredibly helpful, and the prices were just as competitive as the shops outside. Additionally, the dining staff were consistently polite and professional, which we truly valued.

The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. The location is excellent, especially for a ski holiday. The overall atmosphere is elegant and modern. The staff were generally polite and helpful. A special thank you to Ljiljana for her outstanding service — she was extremely friendly, attentive, and meticulous. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made our dining experience much more enjoyable.
