“Great”

A wonderful house located in a very beautiful and secluded place. We easily reached it by taxi from the Kopaonik bus station in just 10 minutes. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a detailed tour of the house, and was always available for any questions. The house is very cozy, with an easy-to-use fireplace and a full set of furnishings for a comfortable stay. The sauna works perfectly. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the tap water is clean and drinkable. The location is stunning, with Šiljak Peak nearby, which we hiked to every day. The views from the top are breathtaking in all directions. There are also forests and trails nearby for peaceful walks.

A cosy place with sauna, fireplace and view to the Treska Mountain. The heating system is controlled remotely by host, however he was easy to reach-out, helpful and friendly. You should expect 15-20 min drive to the centre of the resort if you leave you skis in the rental overnight, though the nearest lift is closer.

Holiday home was perfect, very spacious, equipped with fireplace and sauna. Less than 10 minutes drive to center, placed in the nature with an amazing view. The host was great, making sure we had everything we needed. For every recommendation, amazing place not just for winter holiday, for summer as well.

Amazing views, cosy chalet, brilliant sauna, super helpful host - everything we could have needed! We managed fine in a 2-wheel drive with snow chains. Most amazing views (again!), in a cosy and quiet corner of Kopaonik.

“Golden Point of Serbia”

The house owner, the home, the location of the home everything was perfect for us. But it's necessary to indicate this point, if you want to go to Floris you should be prepared. You should have your own car or be able to pay taxis to do whatever you want. Because of the location most of the things are far away. For us, this was what we wanted.

Everything. The house itself, its location, the view. Very well equipped apartment. E.g. Sauna, parlour game, spices in the kitchen, grill in the garden, etc.

We really loved this house! From the wooden interiors to the amazing views- it's stunning and it's great for a family or two couples. I really liked that's located in a quiet area, away from the crowded ski places, but it's 10 minutes away from the ski lifts. The house has everything you need, to cook, relax in the sauna or by the fireplace.

Very clean beautiful apartment, the host is super kind and response immediately, we are really love the house, its got what you need and super warm, with car it's convince to super market and ski Center just 10 to 15 minutes, the host very helpful you can ask him anything you want to know he will answering on time
