“A good family run hotel”
This was my partner & my second visit to this hotel: a handy place to stop on our Northern Greece travels. The welcome is friendly and the clean, comfortable room had a magnificent view over the valley. The hotel has a basement garage for your car. A good breakfast is provided. It is a fairly steep 10 min walk uphill to the centre of town. Konitsa is a lively, friendly place with many restaurants and cafés. Few tourists in September.

“A room with a view in Konitsa”
This is a cosy family run hotel with very friendly staff especially the owners Nina and Christos! We were really taken care of and given suggestions for visiting the area! We started off by walking down a steep hill to the old stone bridge of Konitsa and the waterfall! Also a very good healthy breakfast was included in our price and our bedroom was facing the mountains so we made good use of the balcony!

“Value for money hotel room with a huge bed and free breakfast”
The bed was huge (1.80m) and very comfortable. Room was big enough, as well as the bath. It had also free breakfast that was not mentioned in the booking! Underground parking (few spots though) meant also that the car was cool. Would happily go there again as it was the cheapest available in the (overpriced) area when I searched for a room.

We didn't have the chance to have breakfast because of our schedule. The room was comfortable, and the mattresses were amazing (a very welcome surprise), the location was great. The owners were very helpful and understanding and provided us both with a late check-in and a late check-out as well as gifted us with local produce!

Very nice if old school property, but with and amazingly sweet owner!!!! I would go back just for her!! Comfortable bed. Lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous view, and good breakfast.

“A friendly, good value hotel with beautiful views”
We had a very warm welcome from the owner who is absolutely charming & speaks very good English. She encouraged us to visit the old Konitsa bridge nearbye, which was a great outing, with a stunning walk along the river. It is well worth getting a room with a view over the mountains & valley. The hotel has car parking in the basement. Very good value for money. We loved Konitsa, built on a steep hill. The centre of town is above the hotel & there are several cafés & restaurants. Not too many tourists in September, mainly locals.The food is very traditional & meat-centred.
