Overview
Located in central Kongsberg, this hostel offers free parking and rooms with free Wi-Fi access and private bathrooms with shower. Kongsberg Train Station is 2 km away. Great place,clean and cozy. It’s located in city center,but it’s quiet for sleeping.And they have excellent breakfast 👌. I recommend Hostel Vandrerhjem ,great value for money 👍

Very good breakfast, helpful and very friendly staff, and a great location. There is enough space for parking. For a hostel, having a private bathroom was a big advantage.

Nice location for an overnight stay while passing through. The breakfast was good. Special thanks to the receptionist, she was very helpful, suggested good nearby restaurants, and even gave us a fan since it was a hot day.

“Really nice hostel”
Really nice hostel. Big rooms and nice, big kitchen area. Nice and comfy beds. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at an hostel. Didn’t expect it to be so much to choose from, and it all tasted really good! Wow!

Nice hostel. It completely fulfilled our expectations. About the breakfast; it is really good! Nice, simple, clean, kitchen available, free drinks, like coffee, cold water. Nice, quiet location.

Very clean and proper. A hostel on par with two-three star hotels. Good breakfast, both hot and cold. Well equipped and clean DIY kitchens.

We booked this last minute to attend to the Kongsberg jazz festival, it was perfect! Really close to town but still in a quiet area. And the breakfast was amazing!
