“Top class lodge from Gondwana”
Faultless well run luxury stay. Very flexible as allowed to change nights with other Gondwana lodges. Camping also very nice and you can use all lodge facilities. Superb staff who know how to give 5 star service.

“Great place to stay and watch hippos”
Good location as not too much off road driving to get there. Game drive and boat safari were very pleasant. Lots of hippos. Rooms all newly and beautifully refurbished and a good size

“We had to exciting days”
Accomodation of the lodge was perfect. We had a spacy and very comfortable guesthouse. The location is offside the main route. We enjoyed this and had a gorgous gamedrive and river tour.

“Idyllic lodge on the river.”
Really beautiful lodge nestled on the banks of the river. The room was large and very comfortable with a great view of the river where we could sit and watch a family of 5 Hippos just below our room. The bar and lounge area overlooking the river was very relaxing and the food was of a very high standard. We took a morning river cruise with Buzz and it was very special seeing many different bird species up close, crocs and of course hippos just a few feet away from us. Buzz was an exceptionally good tour guide with a deep understanding of the river and such a friendly approach. The entire team of staff couldn’t have been more friendly and fun to be around, spoiling me in my birthday with a very special birthday song!

“Great location above the river with great views”
Great location above the river with great views. Dinner and breakfast OK but nothing extraordinary. Hippo-Dinner Cruise with sundowner was very nice. An excellent choice for a 1-2 nights stay to relax in the Caprivi strip.

“An excellent hotel”
An excellent hotel with polite and helpful staff. Especially I want to mention Rector who was an excellent driver. We had three game drives with him and were the best we had so far. We saw wild dogs in action which is rare, a leopard etc. I want to thank him for everything. The room was big and very clean as was all the premises of the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner very fresh, good and tasty. There was parking in the premises. The swimming pool was very good.

“Very pleasant stay”
We had Camping2Go and the tents were very well equipped. The lodge is situated in a stunning location on the Kwando river. We had the game drive of our life at Namushasha. At night you hear hippos and other animals next to your tent.
