Excellent stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Lyngby! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The staff was professional, helpful, and extremely kind throughout my stay. I especially want to thank the team for their understanding and assistance regarding a parking issue I experienced during my visit. They handled the situation with great professionalism and customer care, which I truly appreciated. The service I received really made a positive impression on me, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Denmark. Highly recommended!

Only one paper cup per room. No Glass, no coffee or tea For a stay of three nights, they never cleaned the room. They only changed the towels once.
