On the positive side, the staff at reception were friendly, the apartment felt spacious, the location was good, and everything was clean. Despite some negative points, the price-quality ratio was still good for what we needed.

“Perfect stay & beautiful hotel”
Great hotel located in a nicer area and close to the waterfront. Very friendly staff, clean room, great shower, comfortable bed. The room does have a kitchenette area without plates/cutlery etc but extra space & full size fridge was great. Breakfast was great

The hotel is very comfortable, especially with the little child. As it is an apartment, it is convenient to live in it. Small kitchen is useful. Grateful for reception staff, they were supportive and helped us a lot. Thanks for Samet, who assisted us in many requests. Location is very comfortable as it is close to tram station, public buses and sea stations.
