The breakfast. Size of the room. Good water pressure. Clean linen and interior. Off street parking across the road behind shops.

The guy from reception was responding and trying to help us, understood our problem.

Good location

Property is close to konak square where you can go for a walk in the evening. Our stay was satisfactory. It has a good restaurant with nice breakfast. Staff was co-operative. For our Ephesus and Şirince tour they helped us by arranging a taxi at eleventh hour and the driver came before time.

Fine for experienced travellers with good expectation management skills. The staff were pleasant and helpful; the breakfast buffet was unexpectedly well provided, but that's what happens in Türkiye. Views over the central city from an upper floor fascinating, particularly if counting minarets within earshot is appealing. Good walking access to the main bazaar and the ferry harbour.

“Fantastic Value & Wonderful Staff”

The staff were very professional, helpful and would always look to make sure you had everything you needed. They provided recommendations for local places to eat, and promptly assisted us when making enquiries. The breakfast was really nice and had a good mix of local options and pastries. The room had a powerful shower, a balcony, good air conditioning and when cleaning staff must have realised we had more than two phones & accessories to charge, they - without even asking - provided us with plug extensions. The room also had a large working fridge where we could store things brought from local shops. The lift was fast and quite cool - as it was an old style pull-door one. Location wise, you're only a short walk to the main markets & high street. For the price, the hotel was fantastic value for money.

The hotel was adequate for our needs the staff were friendly and the location was central with a bustling market on our doorstep. Breakfast was nice with eggs bread olives cheese etc

The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They offered to help us order food when we came in rather late at night. They really helped us feel comfortable and safe. So much so that we decided to extend for another 3 nights. The rooms are big with 2 queen size beds. The breakfast was better than my expectation 😀 It’s within walking distance to the Smyrna Agora ancient city as well as the local market/bazaar.
