“Dissappointing”
valet service where they take your car somewhere you don’t know and have to wait 20min for them to bring it back after insisting. Stains of carpet floor in bedroom. Music in the room coming I don’t know from where, no means to stop it, it stoppes for a few hours during the night.

“Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast.”
The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the sea and the Kordon which has many good restaurants, especially seafood. Not far to walk (about 1km) to the station, museum and bazaar. The room was a good size and comfortable, plenty of towels. There was plenty of choice of food at the breakfast buffet. I had room service the night I arrived which was good.

“Beautiful boutique hotel in the best cetral location of Izmire”
The location was perfect being right in the middle of Izmir and a one minute walk to the ferry. My room was very nice and clean and my bed was super comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

After many hours driving arrived at 4pm to our room not ready- disappointed After departing the hotel the following morning we noticed that our rental car was damaged on the rear bumper. This damage was not there prior to our arrival and the provided valet service where the car was taken offsite was the only possible way this occurred. We have not addressed the hotel about this nor did they admit anything about it and the rental company said this happens frequently with valet parking Just a warning to others re -offsite valet parking. We paid the rental company extra money but it’s very unsatisfactory.
