The location is perfect!

It's a beautiful apartment, all new and in a fantastic location. I highly recommend this place.

I'm saying this as a local: this place is a gem. The location is AMAZING. there's nothing better than waking up early and stepping out and the first thing you see is Pasaport and the gorgeous Aegean Sea. Practicalities (eg door code, entrance etc) were super straightforward. The building itself, especially the sea entrance, is gorgeous and very quirky, full of character. Amenities were great too.

Great and spotless flat in an excellent area! All was exceptional!

Great washing machine and drier, nice drip coffee set. Decor very good. Ample heating. Actually not noisy from the street traffic. Walking distance 2min to pasaport, but pasaport itself is not the main pier in izmir.

Truly exceptional place, we had the best experience. Very clean, all furniture and bed is new and comfy- same applies for kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc all were new and bought with a good taste. As we stayed in winter, I had my doubts about heating before I arrived, yet it was boiling! Also it is located in a very safe, prestigious area- just across from the pier! Beautiful!

Elegantly furnished and the owner, Canip ensured our stay was comfortable. There was a variety of teas and coffee. Bottled water. Sufficient fresh towels, bath robes, and all essentials. The apartment smelt absolutely divine! Canip is a gracious host and very caring of his guests. He sent detailed instructions on how to find the building and access the apartment. He did everything to ensure we were comfortable. There was an issue with the building, and he addressed the matter with the utmost integrity. Canip is an amazing host. 10 stars!

Best location in Izmir. Very cosy and nice style apartment. Nice host. Value for money! I loved the navy style of the beautiful historical building!

Great location. Even if an old building the bathroom is newly renovated very nicely. Comfortable for a short stay.

Very nice newly renovated room with excellent facilities. Tea and coffee maker, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, and even a vacuum cleaner is available. Loot of towels and bathrobes provided. Room, bed and toilet are big enough and comfortable. Air conditioning and a separate heater also available. Easy to reach from airport taking single bus 202. Room is right in front of pasaport pier. Back side door of the apartment open to the sea side. Good for a late night walk. Lot of restaurants near by and even room got plates and cutlery if you want to take away your favorite food to eat at room. Host is very friendly and explained everything about room in person during our checkin. We highly recommend this for anyone visiting izmir.
