“Best sleep and a warm feeling in the heart of Izmir”

The owner is really sweet but the person who we feel really obliged to is his son-in-law who runs the café. Incredibly helpful,always there for everything we might need or ask. We felt moved by the way he took care of us and our motorcycle and he is a very interesting guy to meet.Great location too, very central and the room wasn't only spacious and comfortable but also surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our sleep there after a long ride. Best pillows ever!!!

The property offered very good value for money and was a great practical choice for our stay. It was clean, had plenty of space in the room, and included a large refrigerator, which was very convenient. There were no unnecessary luxury features, but everything essential was there and worked well. The hot water was reliable, which was especially important, and the location was excellent. Another major advantage was the free parking, which made our stay much easier. Another great advantage was the area around the hotel. Right nearby there was an amazing bakery with very fresh products, as well as several local grill shops serving delicious regional specialties, kebabs, and other traditional dishes at very affordable prices. It made the location even more enjoyable and convenient for meals and snacks throughout the day.

A well run hotel with friendly owners.

This hotel is very functional and with high price/quality rate. It is simple and minimal. Even if design is not new, you can have all you need. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, parking, good position not far from city center (but not really in the center) and a very friendly and welcoming staff. Totally recommended.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is not right in the city centre but it's close to the train station which was convenient for me. The bed was comfortable and the room was OK.

The room was clean and renovated. Bed was very comfortable and hot water was perfect.

“Short stay”

Basic hotel, but was all I needed for a few hrs sleep. I didn't see much of the area. I slept very well comfy bed. The reception man was friendly and has a very old cat that sits in reception.

Warm welcome, the family running the hotel are kind and friendly. Plenty of space in my room, everything was new, the big bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a safe area, even at night. Just 5 minutes walk to the train and metro, and pleasant 15 minutes walk to downtown along a beautiful and well maintained park, perfect to enjoy the city life and calm at the same time.

The staff is very friendly cooperative and pet lovers!

The hotel is close to the metro station, about 10 mins walk and buses are available to book from a nearby area. The room was big and the hotel had an elevator so that helped. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and courteous. ALso the Ataturk park is closeby.

The location was very good, situated between the Halal Metro and the Park. The greeting was very good, and checking in was easy and fast. The room was warm, the bed comforatable, and en-suite was adequate. The water was hot and flowed well in the shower. The linen smelled clean and fresh, and the whole room, while basic, was clean and comfortable. They guys at the front desk were always on hand to answer and questions, or come to the room to help me with something i couldn't work out. No issues.

Great location .Wonderful comfy bed, clean and bright room, but the best is the owner of the hotel. It’s a family business & he and his father in law were super friendly & and helped me with of my questions and made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely recommend this place.

“Very good prize-quality”

You get what you paid for, a room for this price it was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, the cats in reception were very nice and friendly. The room itself was bright and spacious, the bathroom was good, the shower head was broken but that wasn't enough to dock a star. Location is good, close to train stations which was our primary reason we stayed there As a whole we enjoyed our stay and the room and service provided were great.
