“Spotlessly clean, quiet, and centrally located with every amenity and lovely surprises.”
Everything was excellent and spotlessly clean. The place had every single thing I could possibly need, and the location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to everywhere in the city. The thoughtful surprises were also a wonderful touch! I am extremely satisfied and would love to stay here again at the first opportunity. Highly recommended!

Super cozy and clean apartment in a great location, good communication with the owner, comfortable bed and with all the facilities you could ever need - washing machine was a big plus. Christmas decorations and some welcoming gifts from the owner was greatly appreciated. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much! :)

What I want to say is that I do not live in family-type apartments. The owners need to write on Booking in advance that the building belongs to a family. Sorry, but I had an extremely negative experience of such accommodation. I asked the owners to cancel the reservation a day in advance, but greed got the better of reason, and they did not make concessions to me. Travelers who do not like dormitory places, together with the owner's cats, relatives and dogs, this place is not for you. I suggest Booking put a separate column: family building. I assure you that half of the travelers will either go to a hotel or choose apartments from professional landlords.

“Would definitely stay again as the apartment is so convenient ,cosy and warm.”
