“A great base from which to learn a little of the history of Komoro”
The location is great, close to the station and the historic buildings and garden/castle remains in the centre of town, and also a good base to visit the historic post town of Unnojuku, two stops away on the train. The hotel itself reflects the era of its construction (the booming 1970s) and has been updated little in the meantime.

“I would come back to this hotel just for the location next to the castle.”
The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with everything we needed. However only the women at the front desk were extremely helpful. The men at the front desk disappointed in terms of helpfulness and responding to our queries. Location right next to the castle was fantastic ! The onsen which we enjoyed every day was very relaxing and the water was gentle.

“Nice hot spring bath”
Good location it’s next to the historical park. We like onsen, 100% original natural aww hot spring.

The male staff was not polite, the room was very old and there were stains on the carpet and walls. The tabaco smell was very unpleasant.

The hotel is located very close to the Komoro Castle ruins and also to the train station. There is an Onsen inside the building.
