“Our stay at Storyhouse”

The location of Storyhouse was fantastic, a short walk away from a beautiful beach. It was also near my auntie who we were visiting. We enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the pool.Antoinette and Charl were wonderful hosts. It felt like home away from home. Thank you.

“Kommetjie braai haven”

Nice cottage overlooking the street. It was great to braai on the balcony. Loved our walks on the beach which was only 2 blocks away. Conveniently located so we could visit Robben Island and Hout Bay.

“A singular experience”

The unit is an idiosyncratic space, comprised of a bedroom, bathroom and glass/timber conservatory/kitchen area. It feels very much "home made" by the hosts, who were most welcoming and kind. Our unit's balcony was a great space to relax, while we could have made more use of the garden and pool at street level.

Storyhouse was in a great location with a beautiful view. The apartment was the perfect size for my fiancé and I. We loved the big windows that allowed us to see the gorgeous view and bird life that was attracted by the flowers in bloom. The complimentary coffee and rusks were absolutely delicious! Lovely hosts who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I proposed to my girlfriend while visiting Kommetjie and Antoinette & Charl helped me to arrange it with a picnic basket. It was amazing! I'd definitely recommend Storehouse to anyone wanting to visit the Cape Peninsula.

Very authentique place, with a nice beautiful outdoor area/ terrasse! It has everything you need. Perfect location, just 3 min walking to the beach and surf! Extremly helpful and friendly hosts - we would come back any time!

Storyhouse is a lovely little place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good order. It is centrally located at an easy stroll from the beach and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Storyhouse. The room and the whole outdoor areas are decorated very cutely and we felt right at home. The hosts (Antoinette and Charl) are very kind and helpful with all our questions and check-in and -out processes. The house is just a few minutes from a beautiful beach as well as a few cute cafes and restaurants.
