The family-run Kuljis Villa is situated in the centre of Komiza, right across from a pebble beach. The hotel has a small private restaurant and is situated 100 metres from local cafés and eateries. The rooms and studios at Villa Kuljis come with a private bathroom. They include free Wi-Fi, and some accommodations have a kitchenette or a balcony with views of the Adriatic Sea. Upon request, guest can enjoy half board and discover the different types of fish and meat from the area. Guests can also buy their own groceries at the market, 50 metres away. The ferry that runs from Split to Hvar is 9 km away from the villa. Free public parking is available.

Beautiful place to stay in Komiza in Mamma Mia style close to all you need for a perfect vacation, beach, bars, restaurants. Host was very nice uncomplicated Mrs. Kuljis and it was very clean! We will come back once!

Location and aesthetic of the apartment was so cute! Right by the coast and walking distance to restaurants! Bed was so comfy too ! The air-con worked well! The housekeeper was also very helpful with letting us leave our bags for a couple hours after checkout!

Great Location, easy to find. Less than 5 minute walk to restaurants. The lady that runs this hotel is lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.
